  • What services do you offer?

LED Light Therapy: Be it face only or full body, our clinical devices are FDA approved medical grade.
  • I am interested in hair removal, tell me more.
    Great! First thing to decide is if you want a total hair removal (waxing) or if you prefer to just a trim and tame (grooming). Waxing will give you the smoothest results and will last longer then grooming. For waxing hair length needs to be at least 1/4 inch in length. Waxing is not suitable for certain skin conditions or if skin has been tattooed in the last 28 days - please contact me if you need more details. After a waxing session, avoid all heat sources and skin friction for 48 hours. Patch tests for waxing are available by appointment. Grooming sessions are mostly performed with clippers, hair can be shaved to down to 0.5mm.
  • Who can book?
    All adults are welcome to book Massage and Teeth Whitening. As a responsible practitioner, there are some medical / lifestyle questions I may ask. This is to ensure I am offering you the correct treatment or advice. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, please seek advice from your medical provider prior to booking. Waxing and Grooming services are offered to male customers only.
  • I am a bit nervous.
    Apprehension at first is totally understandable. Rest assured, I am here to make your visit as comfortable and accommodating as possible. Having many years industry experience nothing really phases me, so there is no need for any worry or concerns about your visit. You will receive a friendly, warm welcome. My treatment room is both clinically practical and comfortable. Set in a neutral commercial building - not a spare room in my home. Lengthy down times between appointments ensures the clinic will be ready for you. I work on a professional, medical grade table, capable of holding upto 400lbs. Treatments are explained in detail beforehand. Our initial consultation will help me understand what you want from the session. I have a varied client base with an 85% rebook ratio. I can usually tailor your session to your requirements so please do ask if there is anything specific you need. You can be confident of professionalism, discretion and industry experience. Of course, if you have any specific concerns before booking, do feel free to contact me.
  • I don't want to pay online, what other payment methods are available?
    Not a problem. For most sessions you can still book online and opt to pay during your visit. This will ensure you secure the appointment you have selected. I accept cash, all major cards, android / apple pay, bank transfer and payment link. Some waxing treatments require longer preparation, set up time or have a higher percentage of no show history, so a deposit or full advance payments may be required for these bookings.
  • What do I wear during the treatment?
    There are no rules to attire, usually you can undress to your comfort level. Oils and waxes can mark clothing, so disposable underwear is available if needed. There is a screened changing area & for female clients the therapist will leave the room while you change. Excess oils are removed at the end of every session. Being comfortable during your visit is important, if you have any specific concerns or questions, do feel free to contact me.
  • I can't find a convenient appointment.
    Apologies, certain days get booked up very quickly. Typically, weekends, evenings and the end of the month are more popular times. Why not Whats App me and I will see what I can do to accommodate your booking?
  • Do you only have male therapists?
    Yes, I am a male therapist and a sole trader.
  • I want to book multiple sessions or treatments.
    Great, Thankyou! You can now add appointments to your cart and pay for everything in one transaction. If your selection qualifies for any discounts, it can be deducted at checkout with your coupon code.
  • I want to sign up for a plan but don't want to pay by direct debit.
    Thank you for considering a plan. Due to the nature of the plans, currently direct debit is the only payment option. Please look at my offers page for savings using other payment methods.
  • I want to cancel my plan.
    No problem, you can cancel your plan at anytime however no monies are refunded. Please use all of your allocation for the period before you cancel. It's recommended that you also cancel the direct debit with your bank. If cancelled early, a three month wait is required before a new plan can be started. All new plans are offered at the current price at the time of renewal. If you cancel your plan early, you may also loose all rewards issued in relation to taking out the plan.
  • How do I claim my reward points?
    Once you collect a qualifying amount you can exchange some or all of your points for a discount code to use for your booking. Once you collect a qualifying amount you can exchange some or all of your points for a discount code. Enrolment is free, you just need to be a site member - once your membership is set up you will automatically start collecting points. You can use your rewards for most services including your first monthly payment on any new plan. To claim your points go to MMM Rewards page (you will need to be logged in). View your points and select the redemption code required, use this code on the checkout page to activate your discount.
